Finally someone else who thinks all the money being sent to Haiti is a mistake. I agree that what happened in Haiti is terrible, but you know the relief won’t stop at $100 million. Then we’ll have to send more to help rebuild the cities with proper sewer and other things they don’t have. How about spending that money to rebuild New Orleans? What about all our homeless and unemployed? All the senior citizens who have to worry about eating or paying for their medicine? People who don’t have the money to heat their homes or even people who are working but haven’t had a raise or cost-of-living increase. Some people have to work two jobs to support their families.
